We bought the Gas Station next door that we used to store all of our pre-owned inventory. Unfortunately, the extra space just wasn't enough for our growth.
We purchased land across the street, down Frying Pan Lane. We built a parking lot over there to house our overflow of new inventory, as well as employee parking and any sold cars that weren't being delivered right away.
The addition of the satellite lot was a lot of help as far as congestion goes so that we could utilize as much space as possible on the main Exeter Subaru lot for available inventory, service cars, and customers.
