Part of the stipulations to leveling off the back of the dealership was that we had to build a connecting road from River Rd to the back of Market Basket (There are already roads that connect Market Basket all the way down to O-Reilly's Auto). This also helps out navigation through the parking lot, leaving a way out if congestion happens.
We only had to build half of the road, and Market Basket will finish the other have in due time. The road will have parallel parking as well as access to Exeter Subaru from the back.
