Here at Exeter Subaru we have a firm belief that our customers do not want to and should not have to deal with pushy sales people in order to buy a product as great as a Subaru.

This is why we do not hire people with prior automotive experience. We look for individuals that have strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, effective communication skills, and a result driven attitude. Individuals that excel in this position are; reliable, organized, have ambition, a strong work ethic, and the ability to excel in a high-energy, fast paced environment.

We provide all the tools necessary and hands on training to get you started. With our proven training program you will be selling cars within your first month. Not only do you receive the initial hands on training but we will also help you throughout your employment to ensure your success.

You will have a 5 day work week, paid vacations, and full benefit options after just 30 days.

For compensation we offer a weekly guarantee and monthly commissions.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug test. 

If the entry level sales position sounds appealing but you want to get your feet wet a little bit differently, we have openings for that too!

Our business development center has immediate openings. Representatives in this department handle all incoming phone and internet requests. A lot like the entry level sales, we will still train you on all of the ins and outs of the position. However, in a more controlled environment with one on one assistance immediately available. In this fast paced department you will be the first contact for the vast majority of our customers whether they are calling to book a test drive or find out a little more information on a vehicle. This gives great insight to the day to day dealings of working in an automotive dealership while still learning the trade.

You will have a 5 day work week, paid vacations, and full benefit options.

For compensation we offer an hourly wage.
