Thanks for the excellent customer service you provided to us while purchasing our Subaru a few weeks ago.
I must tell you how impressed and satisfied I am with this vehicle. We drove back to Canada in 11 hours of rain
and fog and not once did I not feel in control of the car. My gas mileage was about 30 mpg. The head lights give
you fantastic vision.The border had all the paper work in order and I have done all the necessary inspections in Canada
and finally have my New Brunswick plates. I have chosen to keep the Exeter plate holder to advertise for you
I have friends by the name of Maureen and Bob Wallace that are very interested in coming down your way
for almost an exact purchase. I have given them your client card so you may be hearing from them soon.

My trip back to Canada went very well. US Export took roughly 30 sec. and Canada Border a big 15min. for the paperwork + 30min. of waiting because of a problem with their electronic payment system.
The car is very comfortable (nothing compared to the Chevrolet Aveo rental that Hertz gave me last Thursday) and driving experience is wonderful.
Buying from your place was a very good experience and I will make sure to share this with as much people as possible.
I talked with my coworker today and he told me he was in contact with Bill about a Tribeca. He was more than happy and motivated after hearing about my experience.

 The experience of importing a car from your dealership has been a good experience .

 1e   the Hampton inn was a good hotel brand new , good service , the breakfast was
really good and the personnel took care of us .

 2e all paperwork was perfect , I already have my license plate since Wednesday ,U.S.
border was simple and Canadian too . the only thing I would recommend to you is to
specify that as soon as you get home ?..fax or e mail the non recall paper to R.I.V. . I
almost forgot to do it ( I read it on other one experience ).

3e   R.I.V. was very fast ???and inspection too.
