NHSPCA Films 'Adopt Me Baby' Pet Parody Video

It's not easy finding homes for the many animals up for adoption at the New Hampshire Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

So the staff at the Stratham shelter decided to take advantage of the popularity of Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" video - which has spawned hundreds of YouTube imitators - by making their own parody.

STRATHAM - The 20th annual Paws Walk at Stratham Hill Park on Sunday attracted about 800 walkers and their pups raising money for the New Hampshire Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (N.H. SPCA).

This beautiful girl is Princess. She is a domestic medium-haired, spayed female who is 10 years old, microchipped and up to date on all of her shots.

Princess has lived with other cats but the staff members at the shelter are not sure how she would do with dogs or children. She was surrendered to the N.H. Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals facility because her previous owner was having medical issues.

SPCA hosts rabies, microchip clinics

STRATHAM - The New Hampshire Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (N.H. SPCA) is holding the first of five rabies/microchip clinics of 2012 on Sunday, March 18 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $15 for a 1-year vaccination and $25 for a 3-year vaccinations (proof of a previous vaccine is required for a 3-year vaccine). Microchipping of dogs and cats will be available at a cost of $35 per animal and will include the registration of the chip with HomeAgain, a leading brand for pet recovery microchipping.
