Maximum Motorsport will take to the outback, with the announcement that it will contest the Australasian Safari at the end of September.

Air show organizers deem this year's event a success

PORTSMOUTH - The 2011 Service Credit Union Boston-Portsmouth Air Show came to a roaring conclusion Sunday with a final dazzling performance by the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds.

The show drew a smaller crowd than last year's 70,000 guests, with an estimated 50,000 being drawn into the Portsmouth International Airport at Pease for the two-day spectacle.
